Anna M. Ogle – LMFT
In addition to completing basic training for individual psychotherapy, I also completed formal training as a Marriage and Family Therapist.
My therapeutic approach includes working with individuals, couples and families from a systemic perspective. By improving their overall mental health status, the goal is to help clients establish and maintain more satisfying interpersonal relationships. I work closely with clients, helping them to design treatment goals that meet their emotional and clinical needs. Additionally, I offer psychotherapeutic interventions and psycho-educational feedback in my sessions.
I help clients with a variety of clinical issues, not limited to relational difficulties, premarital counseling needs, marital difficulties, depression, anxiety, and ADHD.
